Topographic survey

A plan of the plot with elevations, slopes and existing structures — the basis for any design work. We survey at scales from 1:500 to 1:10,000 for houses, mixed-use complexes, public buildings and utility networks.

The same plan is required when a finished building is commissioned.

Tree survey

Required for a dendrological plan, planting and landscape design. The result is a taxation description of all greenery: the count of trees, shrubs and lawns, and the exact position of every tree on the plot.

As-built survey

A drawing of where things actually ended up: the real routes the utilities took across the plot and where the buildings and structures stand. The networks we record:

• water supply
• sewerage
• gas pipeline
• electricity
• heating main
• telecom ducting
• irrigation channels
