This page explains what kumbez.com collects about you, why it needs it, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it plainly rather than defensively.

What we collect
When you leave a request: your name, your phone number, and — if you supply them — the plot address, the cadastral number and your comment.
When you register: your email address, your first and last name, and your phone number.
Automatically as you browse: cookies, IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visited, and — if you arrived from an ad — the campaign parameters and the click identifier.
Why we need it
To call you back about a request, to prepare and deliver the land-document services, and to answer your questions in the chat.
To understand which advertising brings people we can actually help, and to stop paying for the rest. That work is done on aggregate statistics, not on individual conversations.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form or create an account — the notice sits next to the button. Processing follows the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and its Protection.
Who we share it with
The services the site runs on: hosting, the SMS and messaging gateway that delivers verification codes, the email provider, and the Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics measurement systems. Each receives only what its own job requires.
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own advertising. Data goes to state authorities only on a lawful request.
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw consent, and for as long as the data is needed for the purpose it was collected for. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time, ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and ask who it was shared with. An email to the contact address is enough — there is no special form.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies let the site remember your session and your language, and let us see which sections people use. Analytics collects aggregate visit statistics.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site will work worse afterwards — you would have to sign in again on every page, for one.
Changes to this policy
If this document changes, the new version appears on this page and the date above is updated. We do not change the rules retroactively.
